Again, as above. Do not buy the Alesis DM10 MK11 pro kit. Keep in mind it is a cheap electric drum set but I expected more than what I got. I bought the kit Oct 23rd of 2022. within a month the snare pad went out. As reviews stated above its impossible to talk to anyone. Online chat is the only option. It took a while, but they did send me another drum pad. Well, its February 3rd of 2023 (just over 3 months later) another pad went out. Both times it was the snare. After I received the first replacement drum, I took the broken pad apart. I found that the wires going to the piezo trigger are VERY THIN and they most likely broke off from the vibration. If your handy with a soldering iron, it's not a bad fix. I didn't even bother making a claim on the second drum. When I get some time, I may redo all the drums just to get it over with. If you're planning to play out, I would suggest spending the money and buy a Roland.
Have a good day

Everyone with issues is correct! Cool drums but horrible wire quality.
Bought mine from Long & McQuade here in Canada. I had 2 drums go bad and instead of fixing them myself I took them in for warranty repair. They (Long & McQuade / Alesis) took forever so under the L&M warranty I returned the kit( 3 months of owning) for a refund.
Now do I buy the same kit again and make the repairs myself when they arise or get something else? You do get lots for the money buy quality is meh.
Roland / Yamaha you don't get much but is the quality there?
