Privacy Policy

Nick Cesarz

Effective date: May 19, 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what information DrumSpy collects when you visit this website, how it is used, and the choices you have. DrumSpy is operated by Outerwave Media LLC.

We have deliberately kept this site simple. DrumSpy does not require accounts, does not have user registration, does not host comments, and does not run newsletters or contact forms. There is no first-party tracking built into the site.

Information we collect

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used to operate the site, diagnose problems, and keep it secure.

Aggregate analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic in aggregate, such as which pages are popular and which devices are common. This does not identify you personally.

Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.

Affiliate links and cookies

DrumSpy earns revenue through affiliate links. When you click a retailer link and visit that retailer, the retailer (for example Amazon, Sweetwater, Guitar Center, or zZounds) or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to us. These are third-party cookies governed by those companies’ privacy policies, not ours. We do not receive your payment details or retailer account information. For more on how this works, see our disclosures page.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to operate and secure the site, understand aggregate usage so we can improve our content, and respond to messages you send us. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting provider and analytics provider, only as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, including the third-party affiliate cookies described above. You can choose not to email us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at nick@drumspy.com.

Children

DrumSpy is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
